The menu is a celebration of Vietnamese staples, meticulously crafted with fresh, quality ingredients. At the forefront is the Phở Filet Mignon, featuring tender cuts of beef swimming in a deeply aromatic, richly simmered broth. For those craving grilled options, the Grilled Pork on Rice offers succulent, smoky meat paired with fragrant steamed rice, while the Bún Bò Nướng Chả Giò combines grilled beef and crispy spring rolls atop delicate rice vermicelli for a textural delight.

Vegetarian diners are treated thoughtfully here, with standout options like the Phở Chay — a vegetarian pho noodle soup brimming with a variety of mushrooms that deliver umami depth and warmth. The Gỏi Ngó Sen Tàu Hủ, a lotus root tofu salad, offers a refreshing, crunchy contrast, while the Bánh Mì Tàu Hủ reimagines the classic Vietnamese hoagie with grilled tofu that’s richly marinated and perfectly toasted. Beyond pho, the menu is peppered with delightful Vietnamese snacks and sides such as crispy Fried Spring Rolls, tangy Pork and Shrimp Papaya Salad, and uniquely flavorful Fish Sauce Chicken Wings, each plate delivering vibrant, authentic tastes that keep diners coming back. For a sweet finish, the creamy Bread Pudding or the exotic Che Thai dessert transports the palate to tropical Vietnam.

The food was great, and service was quick, which was nice. We didn’t have to wait much at all to be seated or get our orders taken, and the food came out quickly. This type of quick service is different from typical restaurants in the US, but I personally prefer it. The only issue was that one of our plates was a bit smudged, but our waitress apologized and replaced it quickly enough. Overall, this place is a great place for some authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

This is hands down the best spot for pho in central NJ! The broth is rich, deeply flavorful, and clearly simmered to perfection. Every ingredient tastes fresh, from the tender cuts of meat to the crisp herbs that brighten each bite. The flavors are authentic, comforting, and absolutely delicious. The service is also fantastic—our food always comes out quickly and piping hot. It’s become our family’s go-to place whenever we crave Vietnamese food, and it never disappoints!

This is surely the best Vietnamese restaurant I have visited in Princeton area. It is located within the Asian food market, the restaurant is spacious and modern decoration. I like the short ribs pho, it is authentic broth and the beef is really soft and tender. The portion is very big as well. Without my family help, I am unable to finish the short rib. The bun is tasty, too. The servers are attentive.

One of the better pho places in NJ. If you like oxtail, I’d highly recommend ordering the Pho today. The soup comes with tons of meat and it’s very filling. The broth is also pretty good but I believe they use MSG. The grilled chicken bahn mi is also worth ordering. Lastly, their mango smoothies are good since they use real fruit. Ask for 50% sugar otherwise it might be too sweet.

Food came out super fast and delicious once ordered, even though it was packed with diners. It did take some time to get our orders in/get checks afterwards though. Understandable since it was their opening week. Trusted source says their food is very similar to how the restaurants in Vietnam actually make them SummerRoll: great! Fresh ingredients. Chicken vermicelli: great, one of my go-tos ShrimpVermicelli: great signature Pho Today: great, i sometime reorder this when i get tired of chicken vermicelli Bún Bò Huē: good, except for that one type of meat that had smelled/tasted slightly off. Would not order again probably. It can be slightly too spicy for average american spice tolerance level

The place is kept pretty nice and there’s plenty of seating if it’s a busy day. Staff was friendly and service was quick. I got the pork vermicelli which wasn’t bad, but it did lack some flavor and was fairly dry. The portion size was good and could honestly be shared with someone. The summer rolls were ok, they are on the smaller side and not super filled. The peanut sauce wasn’t great but the other dipping sauce went well with it. Would definitely come back to try the pho
